ON TRADE KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (WINES & SPIRITS)
The primary focus of this role will be to
develop and implement business plans for key customers for the Wine and Spirits
portfolio. This will include product promotions within the on-trade accounts in
order to maximise brand awareness and bottom line growth. The role requires
building long term relationships through delivery of added value services and
innovation.
Ideal candidates will be graduates with a minimum of five years relevant sales
experience in the Liquor/FMCG industry with a focus on the On Trade segment.
Candidates holding WSET Advanced Certificate along-with relevant
Sales/Marketing qualifications will be given preference. A high energy, results
focused individual with excellent interpersonal, presentation and IT Skills
will be ideally suited for this role.
CATEGORY MANAGER
(WINES)
The primary focus of this role will be
to manage the profitable growth and activation of a group of key wine agencies
along-with multiple channel activity (On and Off Trade, Duty Free and Exports).
We are looking for self starters who can add immediate value to this important
growth area.
The role entails wine marketing, promotional activities are properly planned
and activated, managing A&P budgets, activating and conducting tastings,
facilitating training across channels, ensuring forecast stocks and allocations
are fully utilized and negotiating at both Customer and Principal levels to
outperform the market, profitably of our wide range of world class wines.
A high energy, results focused individual
with excellent interpersonal, presentation and PC Skills will be ideally suited
for this role. Candidates holding WSET Diploma with previous category
management experience in the wine industry will be given preference.
BRAND MANAGER
(SPIRITS)
The primary focus of this role will be development,
production and execution of annual marketing plans for each principal such that
the brand and volume target objectives are achieved within agreed cost
parameters. The Brand Manager will also be expected to work with the field
sales force to ensure that both they and customers fully understand promotional
mechanics and logistics.
Effective problem solver and decision
maker with 5+ years of work marketing experience and good working knowledge of
on-trade business is a perquisite for this role. Other skills required would be
brand cost centre management experience
and the ability to develop marketing plans and execution.
